• Transfer reservation is required 3 days in advance before the check-in date or upon making a reservation. Please contact our reservation at reservation@santhiya.com.
• A private speedboat is required for a flight arrived 1.30 hours before speedboat departure.
• In the event of adverse weather conditions and/or speedboat technical problems, all transfers will be arranged by Ferry and/or by Santhiya Car (non-refundable)
• Advanced reservation for Speedboat transfer is recommended due to its availability. The passengers are recommended to arrive at Santhiya Samui Pier, 1 hour before the scheduled departure

By Land:

• The friendly staff at Santhiya will take you the rest of the way from Thongsala Pier to Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort & Spa with an exciting 4-wheel off-road adventure.
• Land transfer from/to the resort would take approximately 30 – 40 minutes (subject to weather conditions).
• Vigo is a maximum of 4 persons, a minivan is a maximum of 8 persons.
• Santhiya van or 4WD car services are subject to availability upon request.
• If the driver’s wait time exceeds more than 60 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time, it will be considered as an additional hour to which a charge of THB 1,000 per hour is payable.
