Establishing an ecological balance is primary approach that Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort & Spa concerns,  Farm To Table is an idea to plant organic vegetable garden in order to serve our valued guests with healthy and delectable dishes from fresh and green ingredients where rich sources of nutrients exist. Our landscape and environment team has studied how to organically grow vegetable without toxic chemicals. A medium-sized area in our resort with an ocean view is organized to plant vegetable garden. Hopefully, the beautiful nature view could escalate our vegetables to grow lovely. To start an organic vegetable garden, traditional Thai herbs which are essential ingredients used in authentic Thai cuisine are raised such as Basil, Lemongrass, Galangal, Sweet Basil, Wild Betal Leafbush, Sunflower Sprout, Morning Glory, Parsley, and Peppermint. Finally, fresh vegetable and garden produce are served to our valued guests with attentiveness and goodwill of Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort & Spa. Besides a portion of vegetables served to guests, organic vegetables are also portioned out in cookery for our staff, as known as a healthy food awards a healthy life and living.
