1. How to get to Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa?

Once you have arrived at Phuket International Airport, Santhiya Guest Ambassadors will welcome you at the airport and will take you by van or car to Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa which will take approximately 20-30 minutes (depend on traffic on that day).

3. Do you have a money changer at the resort? Or do we need to have our money’s change to baht before going there?

No, we don’t. Guests have to exchange currency to Thai baht before going to the resort.

4. What is the name of the nearest airport?

The airport code is HKT for Phuket International Airport.

5. What is the maximum number of guests per each room/villa accommodation?

Please noted that max child’s age is 2-11 years old.

6. Do you have interconnected rooms/villas?

No, at the moment we don’t offer interconnected room/villa accommodations. Alternatively, we do have Two Bedroom Pool Suite which located on the first level of the 2-storey with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

7. How far is the beach area or swimming pool from the rooms/villas?

The farthest would be only 100 meters to the swimming pool and 150 meters to the beach.

9. What is the weather condition in Phuket Natai for most parts of the year?

Phuket has a tropical climate, has two seasons and is warm all year round. The weather in Phuket is always a stressful topic, especially during the rainy season, which is between June and October.

November to April is the best time to visit Phuket when sky is clear and sea quiet and blue. The high season starts in November and ends in April. With a tropical island climate, the sky is clear and the sea is quiet and turquoise blue.
