Blending mind body and breath, Yoga practice balances the body and increases flexibility, core strength, and maintaining a healthy daily life. Our yoga classes are instructed in multiple places across the resort, including atop the water on our Santhiya Pier, poolside.
Santhiya Koh Yao Yai’s basic class includes a starting point for individuals who have never done yoga practice before. Our class also focuses on proper body alignment and controlled breathing.
